About the role:
This internship gives you the opportunity to actively shape how automation is done within our Data & AI department and to see the direct impact of your work across the organization. You’ll work closely with experienced data and automation experts and gain hands-on exposure to real-world process optimization in a fast-growing tech-driven environment. You will learn about the Databricks platform, including its setup, configuration, and day-to-day operational tasks. You will coordinate with users, Platform Engineers, and Governance experts to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support optimization efforts.

Job Description
About your tasks:
Support & automate manual ticket handling processes and help transform repetitive tasks into efficient, scalable workflows.
Work on process automation initiatives, from idea to implementation, within the Data & AI department.
Streamline and document processes, creating clear best practices that can be reused across teams.
Collaborate with data, AI, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities with real impact.
Qualifications
About you:
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or similar).
You enjoy analyzing processes and are motivated to improve them through automation.
You have hands-on experience with programming (familiarity with JQL, Python, or PowerShell is a plus) and are curious about other scripting or automation technologies.
You like to work collaboratively and don’t enjoy solving technical challenges on your own.
