As a part of the Sales Operations (Systems & Projects) Team, you will support the improvement and daily operation of Mammut’s digital sales landscape and related systems. You will collaborate with teams across departments, contribute to process and data improvement initiatives, and help ensure smooth global sales operations.
This internship offers valuable insights into how a global outdoor brand manages its commercial processes and supports sales teams around the world.
The ideal start date for the internship would be in July or August 2026.

Your responsibilities
- Provide support to internal stakeholders using our digital sales tool
- Document and follow up on support cases and user requests
- Perform regular data and quality checks across systems
- Test and validate new functionalities in our ERP and digital tools
- Contribute to ongoing projects within Sales Operations
- Take ownership of smaller improvement initiatives in our processes

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Economics or a related field
- Analytical, structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Proficient in Excel (advanced) with the ability to combine and evaluate large data sets from multiple sources to create clear operational insights
- Knowledge of Power Query and SQL & experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Jira is an advantage
- Interest in sales operations, digital systems, and process improvement
- A strong team player with passion for the mountains and outdoor sports
