Bombardier’s Fall 2026 Intern, Events and Immersive Experiences, Strategic Partnerships offers hands-on responsibility for organizing educational events, creating internal and external communications, managing bookings and materials, and supporting recruitment for internships and work-study programs while collaborating with HR, Marketing and Operations. You will attend conferences such as Meet An Executive and Women Taking Flight, tour sites, and engage with the Bombardier Academy in a hybrid role in Québec for four months. Ideal candidates are current bachelor’s students in Political Science, Marketing, or Communications who are meticulous, organized, autonomous, and bilingual in English and French with strong Office 365 skills. · Organize and coordinate educational events, including company visits and activities to raise awareness of aviation-related professions.
· Create communication materials to promote initiatives externally and internally
· Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations and promotional material
· Monitor and analyze the impact of events, collect data on participation rate and feedback from collaborators
· Collaborate with internal teams (Human Resources, Marketing, Operations) to ensure consistency and strategic alignment of educational initiatives
· Support recruitment initiatives by facilitating the involvement of young talent in our internship and work-study programs
· You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Political science, Marketing, Communication or other
· You are meticulous and have a rigorous work ethic
· You are organized: able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several tasks simultaneously
· You are autonomous and proactive
· You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
· You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (English and French)
· You have good interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a team and to be professional in stressful situations
