Zurich Group Audit is seeking an Intern for Group Audit Operations in Zurich, an 80-100% onsite role in a diverse, AI-enabled team that values learning and digitalization. The intern will help organize leadership meetings, contribute to internal and external communications, and support strategic projects across planning, reporting, process improvements, automation and agile workstreams, while gaining exposure to a global, multicultural environment. To apply effectively, emphasize your current university enrollment (including the certificate), Swiss residence, and a track record of clear communication and impactful presentations, with examples of collaboration in multicultural teams, initiative, and a methodical, detail-focused approach. Highlight proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Teams, and any experience with learning events or stakeholder engagement, and show a growth mindset and enthusiasm for digital transformation.

We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Audit team based in Zurich, in particular the Group Audit Operations Team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how a global team is being led, contribute and organize GA leadership meetings, design internal and external communications, contribute to employee engagement initiatives and participate in a series of strategic projects focused on digitalization, value-add auditing, simplification of methodologies, among many other things.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Introducing new innovations and ideas in Group Audit.
• Supporting with the delivery of strategic projects among various workstreams, such as planning and reporting, process improvements, automation and agile.
• Coordinating internal and external communications.
• Organizing and plan group-wide learning and leadership events.
• Assisting with local and group-wide team events.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor/Master Student in Relevant Area: Economics, Business, Strategy & Organization, Communications, etc.  for the enitre duration of the position.
• Strong Communicator and Presenter: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially at creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and conveying complex ideas clearly in written form.
• Collaborative and Culturally Aware: Experienced in working within multi-cultural teams, demonstrating collaborative nature and strong communication skills.
• Proactive and Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop both personally and professionally.
• Creative and Detail-Focused: Brings innovative thinking to problem-solving while maintaining a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
• Technically Skilled and Organized: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams) with basic project management and task prioritization capabilities.
• Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
