Bombardier’s Intern, Logistics (Summer 2026) is a 12-month hybrid role at Dorval Plant 3 for students who want to learn how parts flow from suppliers to production while ensuring quality and cost. You will place POs, manage invoices and pricing issues, maintain supplier relationships, monitor deliveries to production, and collaborate with logistics, programs, finance, production and quality to uphold KPIs and contractual terms, including change management. Ideal candidates bring analytical planning skills, MS Office proficiency, bilingual French-English, and familiarity with SAP or BAAN is a plus. What are your contributions to the team?

• Place Purchase Orders, follow up with suppliers, and assure parts are received on time and as per schedule
• Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and po pricing issues
• Maintain relationships with the suppliers in order to ensure customer satisfaction, while optimizing the quality, time cycle and costs for the organization
• Monitor and confirm the delivery of parts to production in close collaboration with internal partner functions (Logistics – Line function)
• Maintain Operational and Financial Key Performance Indicators
• Interact with various multi-disciplinary teams (Logistics – Line, Programs, Finance, Production and Quality)
• Apply and follow contractual terms with supplier
• Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure the associated purchase order requirements

How to thrive in this role?

• You have experience with SAP and BAAN an asset
• You possess a strong sense of ethics and are customer focused.
• You have excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• You have good knowledge of MS Office
• You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written)
