Bombardier’s Fall 2026 Internship in Organizational Learning offers an eight month hybrid role at Dorval Plant 3 with hands-on exposure to training needs analysis, knowledge transfer initiatives, and a cross-functional project with a HEC Canada Research Chair. You'll join Learning Business Partners and Technical Learning Advisors supporting production teams while gaining familiarity with the BTalent platform, regulatory compliance, and safety standards. Ideal candidates are working toward a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (at least two semesters), fluent in French and English, organized, customer-service oriented, and open to travel to Montreal sites. Tip: tailor your resume to show training design, project management, and Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; mention any Power BI experience and teamwork examples.

The Organizational Learning – Site team is composed of Learning Business Partners and Technical Learning Advisors who support Production teams in their technical training needs, with the objective of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as the quality and safety of our products.
