ENGIE’s Intern - P&L and Valuation Analyst sits in the Market Access Middle Office of Supply & Energy Management, focusing on daily economic P&L, Mark-to-Market valuations, and MoF reporting for vanilla and complex commodities in Gas, Oil and Power. You’ll collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, Finance and Risk across Europe, US and Singapore, support end-of-month closings, and explain P&L dynamics and risk metrics. The ideal candidate has a Market or Quantitative Finance degree, some exposure to trading room activities, and skills in VBA or Python. The FinOp’s department is a Business Control and Middle Office organization within S&EM. The Market Access Middle Office (MO Market Access) acts as a Support Function to the Market Access Business Platform as well as to other Business Platforms by analyzing their trading and origination activities.
