Bombardier’s Fall 2026 Intern, Procurement, Development Programs is a four-month on-site opportunity in Québec offering exposure to procurement activities, supplier change notifications, supplier supply chain audits, data prep for executive governance, project tracking, scheduling, and contractual documentation. You’ll gain access to conferences such as Meet An Executive and Women Taking Flight, site visits, Bombardier Academy of Learning, and networking events to support your development. To thrive you should be enrolled in Business Administration or Supply Chain, have an interest in change management, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to synthesize data and communicate clearly. Bilingual English/French, customer oriented, autonomous, organized, with contracts familiarity are assets; travel outside Canada may be required; hybrid work arrangement.

What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will:

 

  • Support a senior agent, manager or director in procurement-related activities.
  • Support the management of supplier notifications of change.
  • Contribute to supplier supply chain audit activities.
  • Assist with data preparation and analysis for executive governance.
  • Track and support ongoing project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Work with contractual documentation.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently enrolled in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • You have interest or experience in change management.
  • You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • You have the ability to synthesize and clearly present data.
  • You have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are customer-oriented, proactive and autonomous.
  • You demonstrate familiarity with contracts (an asset).
  • You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
