We Are Social Amsterdam is seeking a Production Intern for onsite work for at least five months starting September 1 2026. You’ll support Producers across the full production cycle from pre-production planning to final delivery of always-on content and large campaigns, assisting with logistics, prop sourcing, travel bookings, call sheets, crew and equipment, budgeting, and asset delivery, while collaborating with creative teams and helping with quarterly forecasting. Requirements: enrolled student, available full-time, highly organized, deadline driven, able to multitask, strong interest in social media content production, fluent English; driver’s license is a plus. No prior experience required, but a genuine learning mindset and passion for the creative industry are key. The Opportunity

Are you a student eager to launch your career in production? Do you have a strong interest in social content creation and want hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of agency production?

As a Production Intern, you'll gain foundational learning in production activities, supporting our Producers and the wider team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the entire production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery of both always-on content and large-scale campaigns. You'll be crucial in helping to ensure all productions meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and remain within budget.

Requirements

What You’ll Learn

• Assist in general production activities, including planning and post-production editing.
• Help manage pre-production logistics, such as assisting with sourcing props, booking travel and accommodation.
• Support the creation of call sheets and coordinate crew and equipment for shoot days.
• Monitor projects and assist in allocating costs to ensure delivery within the allocated budget.
• Work closely with creative teams to help identify and source external talent.
• Assist in the timely delivery of all assets, from initial concepts to final edits.
• Support the team in proactive planning and quarterly forecasting for upcoming productions.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• Currently enrolled as a student and available full-time for at least 5 months.
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable with tight deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a strong interest in social media content production and post-production.
• Familiar with major social media platforms and their unique content needs.
• Having a driver’s license is a big plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; other languages are a bonus.
• No prior experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for the creative industry and a strong learning mindset are key.
