JOB OBJECTIVES
- Assist in Procurement Processes: Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for the company’s operations.
- Supplier Management: Help qualification process of suppliers as per company policies and procedures
- Order Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities for the identified requirements
- Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and correspondence.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.
- Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
- Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
- Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to your attention.
Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create Power BI dashboards is an added advantage.

Education: : Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Skills: Creative, self-motivated, organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job with excellent communication skills.
