DP World’s 3-month, full-time onsite internship in Strategic Sourcing in Dubai offers hands-on exposure to procurement processes within a global organisation for candidates pursuing or who have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related fields. You will support data collection and analysis, prepare presentations and dashboards, maintain supplier and contract documentation, and assist with contract uploads and management in Oracle Fusion, AiUi Flexflow and SharePoint, while coordinating meetings and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and organisational skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, clear communication, and a genuine interest in procurement; internship experience is a plus but not required. About the Role:

The Intern will support the Strategic and Sourcing Team with analytical, administrative, and coordination activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic procurement processes, supplier engagement, and data analysis within a global organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to sourcing initiatives
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Help maintain supplier and contract documentation
  • Contract upload, validation and management in the Oracle Fusion , AiUi Flexflow portal and SharePoint
  • Assist with coordination of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
  • Provide general administrative and project support as required

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in procurement, sourcing, and strategic initiatives
  • Previous internship or project experience is an advantage but not essential
