The program includes conferences, learning sessions, and networking events with occasional travel outside Canada. What are your contributions to the team?

Analyse Parked & Blocked invoices;
Resolve all issues preventing us to pay these invoices;
Proceed with the follow-up on the payment of these invoices;
Create/revise all purchase orders for the parked & blocked invoices;
Proceed with demands and follow-up of all prepayment requests;
Proceed with the follow-up of open purchase orders with our suppliers;
Expedite open purchase orders with our suppliers; 
Support logistic agents with the completion of slides and documentation for vendor PMR;
Help with other related tasks;

How to thrive in this role?

You are enrolled in a bachelor program in business administration, or another related field;
You have the ability to work independently
You have the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken
