Bombardier is seeking a Fall 2026 Intern, Talent Acquisition in Québec for a 4‑month full‑time role at the Administrative Centre with hybrid options. You’ll partner with managers to define candidate profiles, source talent on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, screen CVs, represent the company at job fairs, run pre‑screenings, coordinate interviews, advise on selection, manage pre‑employment checks and offers, and keep the ATS current while supporting TA projects. To thrive you should be pursuing a university degree in administration or HR, be bilingual French/English, highly proficient in MS Office, organized, proactive and able to work under pressure; SAP or SuccessFactors is a plus. What are your contributions to the team?

  • Meet managers to identify the profile of the desired candidates (needs analysis);
  • Use strategies to search for the best talent using social media: LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Analyze the CVs received;
  • Represent the company at job fairs;
  • Carry out telephone pre-selections (internal and external);
  • Coordinate and organize interviews (internal and external) virtual or in person;
  • Be a stakeholder in interviews with managers and play an advisory role;
  • Prepare pre-employment verification documents (Backcheck);
  • Prepare offer and transfer letters;
  • Keep our ATS system up to date;
  • Follow up on candidates for hiring formalities (consent forms, diplomas, etc.);
  • May be called upon to participate in other one-off projects related to strategic plans to improve our talent acquisition processes.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are available to work full-time for 4 to 8 months;
  • You are in the process of obtaining a university degree in administration or human resources;
  • You are comfortable with computers and have excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism;
  • You have knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors (an asset);
  • You are bilingual (French/English);
  • You have a good sense of organization and show a lot of initiative;
  • You work well under pressure and have proven experience dealing with individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced and busy environment;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • You are autonomous, flexible and a team player.
