You’ll manage a customer portfolio, drive revenue and profitability, build relationships via calls and emails, re-engage inactive accounts, and maintain a CRM pipeline while driving upsell. The ideal candidate has sales or account management experience with a proven KPI track record, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously yet contribute to a team, plus solid Office and CRM skills.
