The role requires at least 3 years of progressive recruiting experience, with strong hands-on ability in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, plus experience with contract negotiations and partnering regularly with hiring managers. You will own the full cycle from posting and screening to onboarding, ATS management, and building passive talent pipelines via social media, networks, and referrals. WWT NL, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter who will be based in our European Integration Centre (EIC) to mainly support our supply chain area of the business located in Schiphol, NL. This position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments. Builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
Responsibilities:
