Rexel is hiring for a full-time Internal Sales / Trade Counter in Hindmarsh to build lasting customer relationships, engage with trade professionals, drive sales conversations and translate client needs into practical electrical solutions. While electrical wholesaling experience is highly regarded, Rexel will provide comprehensive product training. Job Description

A typical day will involve:

• Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Engage with trade professionals and customers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions that demonstrate genuine product knowledge and problem-solving expertise
• Driving sales conversations
• Utilise your communication skills to identify customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions
• Leveraging your expertise whether from trades, customer service, retail, project management, or any customer-facing role to connect with clients and translate their challenges into opportunities 
• Develop your product knowledge through hands-on training, enabling you to become a trusted advisor within the electrical industry
• Use your initiative and analytical skills to resolve customer queries, manage special orders, and contribute to improving our service delivery

Qualifications

• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training! 
• You bring positive energy to the team
• Highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
