An on-site, full‑time International Moving Coordinator role with GAC Group in Abu Dhabi, focused on Fine Art and Luxury Logistics, asks you to translate client needs into action by delivering accurate volume estimates, preparing competitive daily quotes for air, sea and land moves, and scheduling packing and loading to ensure top service. You will maintain promises, conduct pre‑move surveys, monitor shipment progress, and coordinate with shipping lines, transporters and partners while collecting payments. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in fine arts or related field, English proficiency, Arabic preferred, strong customer service, MS Office skills, and 0–2 years’ experience. Deliver accurate estimates on volume for moves.
Prepare quotes on a daily basis for air/sea/land transportation so clients have competitive and up-to-date quotes.
Schedule packing, moving, and loading dates/times with customers so that the customers are satisfied with the level of service.
Ensure assurance and promises made to customers are completed as per agreement so customers remain long-term clients.
Analyze and identify client needs/requirements during the pre-move survey so that there is a smooth move, and a high service level is maintained.
Monitor and maintain shipment progress and send regular updates to the reporting manager to ensure that all involved are aware of the progress of the shipment.
Coordinate with Shipping Lines/Transporter/International Agents/Partners, etc.
Collect payments from accounts handled by the client so that there are no pending payments due to be received.
Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or any relevant Subject.
Arabic Speaker is preferred

High level of commitment and drive; outgoing and pleasant personality.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficient Knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook.
