Based in Auckland, reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager, you will drive recruitment through agent networks and engagement, provide programme information, and maintain CRM records with Education Code compliance. The ideal candidate has proven international recruitment or education sales experience, NZ tertiary sector knowledge, strong admin and stakeholder skills, and excellent English communication; multilingual abilities including English and Hindi plus another language from South India or GCC are highly valued. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Recruitment Officer to support the growth of our international student enrolments across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, the GCC countries, and the Pacific region.
Working closely with the Senior Regional Recruitment Manager, you will support recruitment activities through agent relationship management, student enquiry and application coordination, and market development initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive sales and administration professional with knowledge of international education recruitment and the New Zealand education sector.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Auckland across our CBD and New Lynn campus.
