Responsible for performing daily international shipping activities that include processing daily orders through various shipping systems, including carrier portals. 

  

Your Tasks:

  • Process all export parcel shipping requests through designated carrier systems 
  • Process customer packages using an internal shipping system 
  • Handing-off all processed packages to carriers at the time of scheduled pick-ups 
  • Palletize, wrap, strap, and/or stage packages according to the carrier and service level 
  • Work with Entrance security to ensure drivers come to the correct dock door. 
  • Ensure drivers sign in maintaining a record of truck arrival and departure times 
  • Ensure Trucks and sea containers are loaded correctly, including sealed when required and drivers sign paperwork and paperwork is archived correctly 
  • Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment 
  • Conduct quality checks 
  • Ensuring International Shipping reviewed 
  • Audited approved for shipping

  • High school diploma required  
  • Previous work experience of 1 year in fulfillment/warehouse environment preferred
