  • Contribute your talents to high-end, esteemed brands like JBL, Harman Kardon, Mark Levinson and Revel.
  • Unite your passion for audio innovation with high-tech product development.
  • Create pitch-perfect, cutting-edge technology that elevates the listening experience.

About the Role:

Do you have an interest in eCommerce, digital operations, and how online customer experiences are powered behind the scenes?

As a Global eCommerce Digital Operations Intern, you will join the Global eCommerce and Customer Experience team and support the product data, digital assets, and workflows that power HARMAN's consumer websites. You will contribute to daily operations while helping optimize processes across platforms such as Widen, Salsify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This role combines operational responsibilities with exposure to digital commerce and process improvement initiatives, giving your insight into how global eCommerce platforms are managed and enhanced.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn the end-to-end product content lifecycle from Widen to Salsify to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and our live eCommerce sites, including how product information, digital assets and metadata move between systems
  • Support the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of product data and digital assets, including identifying missing, inconsistent or outdated content
  • Use saved searches, property tags, system notifications and error logs to investigate content gaps and integration issues, document findings and help coordinate resolution
  • Help design and improve workflows for product specifications, translations, spare parts, B-stock products, batch updates and other recurring operational processes
  • Contribute to product recommenders and online merchandising by updating decision trees, identifying missing images or content, researching competitor experiences and supporting product or banner updates
  • Research opportunities to streamline or automate data and asset management through platform capabilities, AI-assisted tools, scripts or external integrations
  • Collaborate with colleagues across eCommerce, product content, marketing, documentation, technology and regional teams, while improving internal documentation and knowledge sharing

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, metadata, tagging, and detailed product information
  • Curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding how systems and processes work behind the scenes
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Organized and able to balance recurring operational tasks with steady progress on longer-term projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document work clearly, ask questions, test ideas, and share recommendations effectively

What We Offer:

This 6-month internship, starting in September 2026, offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will gain exposure to global eCommerce operations, product content management, and digital platforms while working alongside experienced professionals who will provide guidance and mentorship throughout your internship.

Alongside your operational responsibilities, you will own a meaningful project from research and requirements gathering through to recommendation, prototyping, or implementation. Depending on business priorities and your interests, the project may focus on automating B-stock processing, improving product data quality and merchandising for JBL eCommerce sites, supporting tiered product data models in Salsify, or developing new workflows for specifications, translations, or content quality checks.

You will be encouraged to take initiative, develop practical solutions, and present your findings and recommendations to the team, gaining valuable experience in both project ownership and stakeholder collaboration.
