As an HR intern, you will support the HR team with various projects focused on optimizing and help with implementing HR systems. Your tasks include collecting and analyzing HR data, documenting processes, and assisting with testing new functionalities. You will also contribute to improving workflows and play an active role in supporting system users. This internship offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in HR IT projects and to contribute to innovative solutions within the HR team. We also have addtional tasks in professionalizing our payroll manuals for our HR team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have strong analytical and communication skills, a keen interest in HR processes and technology, and enjoy working in a team. Experience with Excel or other data tools is an advantage. You are organized, eager to learn, and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
