Digitalum’s Internship Recruitment puts you at the heart of e-commerce development, project management and digital marketing, with an onsite placement in Regio Limburg for the 2024-2025 academic year. You’ll support recruitment campaigns, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, research digital assessments, write job descriptions, manage HR administration, craft social media content and analyse metrics like time to hire and candidate journey. Ideal candidates are bachelor or master students, fluent in Dutch and English, independent and communicative, in 2nd or 3rd year, with hours per week and duration open to discussion. Recruitment

  • Support with recruitment campaigns (sourcing via Lever, VDAB, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Carrying out screenings, organizing interviews and coordinating feedback for candidates (CV scan, eye-catchers & red flags, core questions, references, STARR method, culture fit, etc.)
  • Research into potential (digital) assessments (behaviour, personality, motivation, cognitive, ability, knowledge)
  • Writing job descriptions (intake, vacancy layout and rewriting, Google trends, Google for jobs, research and analysis of online channels, etc.)
  • Following up on (HR) administration (e.g. following up on candidate files, proposals to customers, writing out reports, etc.)
  • Developing social media postings
  • Research and analysis into placement ratios, time to hire, candidate journey,...
  • Possibility to discuss certain matters with our internal HR, such as onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, feedback and follow-up conversations, preparing reports, etc.
  • Assisting with internal recruitment (campus recruitment, Digitalum branding, ambassadorship, internal referral program)

Are you the intern we’re looking for?

  • You’re studying a bachelor or master’s degree
  • You’re communicative, independent and self-managing
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • We only offer an individual internship program to 2nd and 3rd year students
  • The Internship hasn’t been determined in advance in terms of hours per week or duration, so you can discuss the options with us
