In this role, you will support TWINT’s Research team to conduct market and consumer research (from business questions to study designs and interpretation), while also getting the opportunity to get trained on the job from more senior analysts and researchers and get exposure to the company’s culture and different teams.

Research at TWINT brings together UX Research and Consumer & Market Insights, giving you the opportunity to work closely with both teams and develop a well-rounded research skill set.

What your main responsibilities will be

  • Analyze research findings and prepare decision making for different internal meetings and presentations

  • Work on topline reporting of KPIs coming from both consumer research (e.g Brand Health Tracker, Net promoter Score, UX research) and market/industry/trend research

  • You are able and willing to work closely with other team members, to understand business objectives and the support needed to solve problems

  • Since communication is the key, you speak fluently English (advanced writing and presentation skills) and German; French is a plus

What awaits you:

  • An exciting challenge with plenty of room to shape your role

  • Flexible working hours and home office options

  • A work culture defined by dynamism, interaction, professionalism, and passion

  • Opportunities for personal and professional development in a growing company

  • Central office location in Zurich with partial remote work
