About the Role

As an Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting, guiding, and inspiring learners to reach their full potential. You will contribute to a positive and inclusive learning community where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences tailored to the diverse needs of all learners

  • Assess and monitor learner progress, providing constructive and encouraging feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to ensure the holistic wellbeing of every learner

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously grow and improve your practice
  • Contribute to the broader school or organisational community through extracurricular activities and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational requirements
