Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Associate to support daily inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting overall warehouse and operational efficiency.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured environment while meeting established timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Perform routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments

  • Prepare and process outgoing inventory shipments

  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper stock allocation
