About the Role

Osborne Park Volkswagen are looking for a highly motivated Inventory Clerk with exceptional organisational skills to join our administration team. This full-time role supports key dealership functions including deal costing, cash/cheque and EFTPOS banking, licensing of vehicles, and basic accounting activities.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will form part of the broader administration team and play a central role in ensuring dealership operations run efficiently and compliantly across vehicle and financial processes.

 

What you will be doing:

• Manage new and used vehicle inventory records

• Cash/Cheque and EFTPOS banking

• Complete licensing and Department of Transport compliance requirements

• Cost vehicle deals and calculate gross profit

• Compile deal packs, complete compliance checks, and archive documentation

• Assist Accountants and the Financial Controller with reporting and ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience:

• Previous administration experience preferred however not essential

• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills

• Well organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams

• Ability to work to deadlines in a compliance-driven environment

• Willingness to learn basic accounting processes

• Australian working rights
