Head of Contracts
to own and lead all contractual negotiations for high-value investment and business acquisition deals in Dubai.

. Your primary skill must be the ability to
handle, negotiate, and close contracts
—in person and online—while protecting all parties and increasing investor confidence.
You will sit at the intersection of

Key Responsibilities

Lead all
investment and business acquisition contracts
from negotiation to final execution

Personally handle
contract discussions with investors, buyers, sellers, and partners

Negotiate commercial terms, protections, guarantees, and conditions with confidence

Draft and refine
trust-building contractual language and investor-facing explanations

Produce
clear, professional written content
that explains deal structure, protections, and risk mitigation to investors

Work closely with external legal advisors to ensure:

UAE regulatory compliance

Commercial soundness

Practical, enforceable agreements

Act as a
deal-confidence anchor
during negotiations and closures

Support leadership in closing complex, high-value transactions

Requirements

Strong sales and negotiation background with contracts as a core closing tool

Extensive experience handling commercial, investment, or acquisition contracts

Several years of professional experience in Dubai (mandatory)

Solid understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks related to:
