The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Functional Analyst who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll serve as a functional leader and domain expert—driving complex initiatives, mentoring analysts, and shaping solution design while partnering closely with Product Owners and IT leadership.  We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead functional analysis for complex or cross-domain initiatives
• Serve as a functional authority for ERP and DMS platforms
• Review and approve functional designs and UAT strategies
• Mentor and guide Functional Analyst I and II team members
• Provide leadership during deployments and critical issue resolution
• Influence delivery standards and solution approaches

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 – 10+ years of experience in functional analysis or ERP delivery
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Master’s degree

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $94,020 - $120,540 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
