We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate IT Administrators to join our dynamic IT team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in information technology team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering IT requirements from different departments and coordinating them with the IT team. The role focuses on administrative support, request handling, documentation, and ensuring that all IT needs are communicated clearly and processed efficiently. This position does not involve technical work but ensures smooth communication and workflow between users and the IT department.

- Ensure all IT forms (access forms, handover forms) are properly completed and filed.
- Create and activate access cards for floor access.
- Create IT requests for hardware and software for the new joiners
- Prepare the attendance report for the UAE nationals and pass it to the HR
- Maintain and update IT asset registers locally for the projects (laptops, monitors, accessories)
- Follow up on pending IT requests to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate simple logistics such as receiving IT items, labeling them, and placing them in the correct storage areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Basic knowledge of computers and office applications (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
