You will own the end-to-end RFC process, ensure governance and project standards, and lead cross-functional SAP initiatives across FI/CO, SD, MM, PP and WM while developing scalable concepts aligned with the IT strategy. The ideal candidate has multiple years in SAP consulting or delivery, strong SAP ERP/S4HANA (ideally BTP), proven program management, and excellent stakeholder skills. IT SAP Consultant Lead (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Own the entire Request-for-Change (RFC) process, from intake and evaluation through   Ownership of the end-to-end Request for Change (RFC) process, from requirement intake and evaluation through prioritization and successful implementation
• Ensuring compliance with governance, approval, and project management standards while providing transparency on portfolio priorities, progress, and risks
• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional IT and SAP initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners
• Establishment and continuous improvement of effective project structures, including resource planning, dependency management, and escalation handling
• Acting as a trusted advisor for SAP solutions across FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and WM, with a focus on evaluating business requirements against existing SAP capabilities and standards
• Development of sustainable and scalable solution concepts aligned with the overall IT strategy and target architecture
• Identification and realization of optimization opportunities across end-to-end business processes, driving standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives
• Contribution to the development of a high-performing SAP consulting organization, including the definition and implementation of governance and quality standards

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Several years of experience in IT consulting or in a SAP-related consulting, delivery, or project management role
• Strong knowledge of modern SAP environments, particularly SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and ideally SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Proven track record in managing complex SAP projects, transformation programs, or change portfolios
• In-depth understanding of cross-functional SAP processes, integration scenarios, and end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, and Finance
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and managing external service providers, implementation partners, and vendors
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage stakeholders and partners across different organizational levels
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and results
• Ability to effectively bridge strategic objectives, governance requirements, and operational execution within complex environments
