This IT Specialist role keeps Array running by resolving day to day IT issues, provisioning devices and accounts, and building automations across Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, identity platforms and SaaS apps, including during M&A migrations. You should have 1+ years in IT support, experience with macOS and Windows, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, strong troubleshooting and customer service, and you thrive in a small team while embracing AI to accelerate work. You'll keep Array running by solving day-to-day IT issues for employees, provisioning devices and accounts, and supporting the systems behind a growing company. You'll work across Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, identity platforms, endpoint management, and SaaS applications while helping integrate acquired companies into Array's environment. This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, using AI to work more efficiently, and making an immediate impact on a small team.

Pay transparency: $70,000 + for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
