Dentons is looking for a fulltime onsite IT Support Analyst in Auckland to deliver seamless technology services, ensuring colleagues have the tools and support they need, reporting to the Director of ICT and Operations. The role
Reporting to our Director of ICT and Operations. We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT whiz, to join our Auckland based ICT team to deliver seamless technology services across the firm, ensuring our people have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Day to day, you will be
- Assisting our people with technology related problems
- Managing user accounts, access and permissions across Microsoft environments
- Performing routine system administration, maintenance and monitoring
- Supporting system backups, recovery processes and business continuity activities
- Maintaining and troubleshooting ancillary systems and technology infrastructure
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and user experience
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in a service desk, ICT support or systems administration role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A natural communication style, not afraid to ask questions and suggest improvements
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn, ask questions and suggest improvements
