NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a friendly IT Support Analyst to join the Coolangatta team in a hybrid onsite role. You’ll be the first port of call for operational technology, keep booking systems, CCTV and VoIP humming, set up hardware and software, troubleshoot, and collaborate with other tech teams to roll out better solutions while keeping security front and centre for staff and guests. What you bring: 2+ years in IT helpdesk, strong Office 365 experience (Azure AD/AD, SharePoint), clear communication, and a positive, service minded mindset. Apply via the NRMA careers site, tailor your resume to fast paced hospitality settings, and prepare for pre employment checks; highlight customer service, problem solving, and a readiness to contribute to a holiday atmosphere.
With properties in some of Australia’s most iconic locations, NRMA Parks & Resorts provide accommodation that suits every budget, style, and occasion – from campsites to luxury resorts. We connect holidaymakers with over 50 incredible destinations to create unforgettable holiday experiences.
Part of the trusted NRMA Group, a member-owned brand, our passionate team works together to make holiday magic happen—it's not just our job, it's in our nature.
Imagine this: you’re the tech wizard who keeps the support desk wheels turning, not just for our bustling support office, but for teams working in Parks and Resorts paradise. As our new IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the friendly, tech-savvy hero keeping both our teams and our sun-soaked holiday parks running smoothly.
