Everience Benelux is hiring an IT Support Technician L1 and L2 (m/w/d) for a full‑time onsite role in Amsterdam, supporting a large enterprise environment of over 400 users. The role covers onsite hardware, software and network support, installs and maintains desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, troubleshoots Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps, manages Active Directory accounts, handles service desk tickets within SLAs, supports meeting room and AV tech, performs basic LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, and documents incidents and solutions. Core qualifications include strong Windows and Office 365 knowledge, ITIL ticketing experience, fluent Dutch and English, and a hands‑on, customer focused mindset.
