MacKillop Family Services seeks a full‑time ITC Caseworker in Wollongong to deliver trauma informed therapeutic casework for young people in care, partnering with the ITC team to plan skills development and boost engagement in education and community activities. Core duties include caseload management, developing and reviewing individual therapeutic plans, complying with legislation and service standards, and building links with Aboriginal and CALD services to support family connections.
