We are looking for a PeopleCert‑accredited ITIL v4+ Trainer to deliver high‑quality, engaging ITIL training programs. The ideal candidate is authorized to teach official ITIL courses and issue certification exam vouchers, ensuring learners are fully prepared for their exams.
In this role, you will:
Deliver official ITIL v4 (and later) training in alignment with PeopleCert standards
Facilitate interactive virtual or in‑person training sessions
Coach and support learners throughout the certification journey
Prepare participants for ITIL exams and issue official exam vouchers
Maintain high training quality and learner satisfaction
Keep course content updated with the latest ITIL and PeopleCert requirements
PeopleCert‑Accredited ITIL v4+ Trainer, authorized to deliver official courses and issue exam vouchers
Valid ITIL training certification through PeopleCert
Proven experience delivering ITIL Foundation and advanced modules
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities
Ability to train diverse technical and business audiences in both virtual and in‑person formats
Deep expertise in ITIL v4 and ITSM best practices
Excellent instructional, presentation, and learner‑engagement skills
Professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach
