The role covers heavy cleaning, floor care, restroom service, trash removal, basic repairs, and seasonal snow removal, with duties overseen by the shift supervisor. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of cleaning experience, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours. Preferred skills include floor finishing, food facility sanitation, forklift operation, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Job Purpose: General upkeep of the office building. Making certain the building(s) is clean and in orderly condition.
