MedHealth is hiring a full time onsite Job Coach in Merredin, WA to empower clients facing barriers to meaningful, sustainable employment. You will collaborate with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with opportunities, coach through tailored activities, help secure durable outcomes and keep accurate records for compliance. No prior Employment Services experience is required because full training is provided; what matters is customer facing experience, a genuine passion for supporting people, strong communication and solid organization in a goal driven environment. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of applying and hold a current driver’s licence.
