MedHealth is seeking a motivated, full time on site Job Coach in Joondalup to help people living with barriers connect with meaningful work. You’ll work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to create opportunities, coach clients through tailored activities, support sustainable employment, collaborate with partners, and maintain accurate records that meet compliance. No prior Employment Services experience is required as full training is provided; what matters most is that you have customer service experience, a genuine desire to help others, strong communication with diverse stakeholders, organization in a goal driven environment, and a current driver’s license. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
