Mission

Maintains and repairs equipment, vehicles, and/or facilities used for carrying out the operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Follows the instructions of their manager: schedule, etc.
  • Prepares and organizes their work: organizes the operations to be carried out, observing the deadlines, using the data for the life of the facilities, orders the supplies necessary for maintenance…
  • Identifies breakdowns: detects and localizes breakdowns using suitable diagnostic tools, carries out tests for proper functioning before putting back in service, identifies the cause of the malfunction and identifies the technical steps to be carried out.
  • Maintains and repairs construction site vehicles or facilities: carries out periodic upkeep of construction site vehicles according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, carries out repairs (mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic) according to the established diagnostic, verifies the proper functioning of the equipment and vehicles before making them available, keeps the upkeep log (paper or computerized) up-to-date.
