What You'll Do:
- Work safely in a mining environment and able to follow the procedures and policies that are in place
- Plan, layout, and use trade skills for assigned work
- Play a critical role not only ensuring your own safety, but also the safety of others
- Fit and fabricate pipe using supplied drawings and field verify measurements
- Remove and install pipe and hangers in the mill using proper rigging techniques
- Maintain a variety of HVAC equipment
What You'll Bring:
- Must have a valid Saskatchewan Journeyperson or Interprovincial Certificate of Journeyperson Status (Red Seal) in either a Steamfitter-Pipefitter or Plumber with commercial/Industrial experience
- Must have Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Stable work record
- Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
- Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
- Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
- General gas ticket is an asset
- Previous HDPE experience is an asset
