Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in client relationship management, sales support, and account coordination. You will work closely with senior account representatives to help manage client accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and tracking sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records utilizing CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
