Earlybird is hiring a Junior Accountant to join the Berlin finance team on a full-time onsite basis. You will own day-to-day bookkeeping for our fund management entities, handle bookings, manage outgoing invoices, support annual financial statements, and collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors. Fluency in German and English (C1) and a structured, proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential. To apply, tailor your resume to show hands-on bookkeeping, ownership, and collaboration with auditors, and highlight process improvements. Non-traditional backgrounds are welcome.
