What will you do:

• Master spirits and the art of cocktails. Execute unique creations that reflect our Brand Identity.

• Mentor your team, guide them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop their skills.

• Ensure smooth operations, facilitate effective communication and manage administrative tasks.

• Stay on top of trends, monitor customer satisfaction and innovate to improve our service.

What you need:

• At least 4 years' F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or in a busy cocktail bar.

• Perfect command of spoken and written English, attention to detail, organizing, and stress management.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
