You will handle 2nd level escalations on card issues, process chargebacks when needed, help the team hit OKRs, and proactively engage stakeholders to identify priorities and remove roadblocks. A bachelor’s in business, data management, statistics, math, economics, or related field is preferred, along with Banking or FinTech operations exposure, basic knowledge of payments and card schemes, and SQL basics; fluent English and German.
