Solaris SE seeks a Junior Card Operations Analyst in Berlin for a full-time onsite role. You will handle 2nd level escalations on card issues, process chargebacks when needed, help the team hit OKRs, and proactively engage stakeholders to identify priorities and remove roadblocks. Your Role

• Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD and other tickets under Card post.
• Process Chargeback tickets if required.
• Help achieve the team’s OKR
• Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.
• Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently, support removing road blocks and and manage escalations proactively.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field preferred.
• First experience in relevant, Banking or FinTech Operations environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge about Payments and Cards Schemes.
• Working knowledge of the Schemes’ Disputes Resolution process is a plus.
• SQL familiarity preferred
• Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.
