Copper Quail Global seeks a Junior CCM Developer for a full time onsite role in Dubai. The role includes scoping solutions, aligning ERP outputs with AP Automation input, installing and configuring the solution, managing technical connections, training customers, completing modules, and contributing to design and development of applications using Quadient Inspire. Will build, test and troubleshoot CCM workflows and document integration solutions, working with PMs. Essential: junior programming in JavaScript, Java, C#, Python or Ruby; a structured, quality minded approach; fluent English and French; strong communication and analytical thinking; ability to work independently and with others. Desirable: XML, JSON, XSL-FO, HTML/CSS and IT implementation project experience. Include relevant projects and a learning mindset when applying.

A pan-European team of experts is looking to hire a Junior CCM Developer.
Duties would be:
  • Scoping the solution with customers
  • Matching the output of customer ERPs with the input requirements of AP Automation Solution
  • Installing and configuring the AP Automation Solution
  • Managing the technical connection
  • Training customers on the system
  • Complete all required training modules and sessions 
  • Assist and learn the design and development of applications and simple/moderate projects, utilising both Quadient Inspire and custom-built applications
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot CCM workflows and processes
  • Document integration solutions according to standards
  • Cooperate with Teams, PMs

Requirements

Essential

  • Knowledge, ability to use, and experience in one of the following programming languages at the Junior level: JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Ruby
  • Structured way of working, which guarantees quality-assured solutions
  • Fluent ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in English and French.
  • Good ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in English
  • Analytical and logical ability, as well as technical interest
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate with the team and with other departments
  • Graduates or students of technical universities
  • Invoicing system knowledge and experience will be an advantage

Desirable

  • Knowledge of XML, JSON  file format
  • Knowledge of XSL:FO tag language
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience of participating in IT implementation projects
