Worley is seeking a Junior Engineer in Abu Dhabi for a full-time onsite Construction role reporting to the Senior Project Control Specialist. This UAE National position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline and at least 3 years of oil and gas or petrochemical experience, including 2 years in the GCC. You will assist in planning, design, reviews, and cross-discipline coordination of engineering deliverables, participate in technical meetings, review vendor documents, and support site and procurement teams while upholding applicable codes and HSE standards. Preferred: ADNOC or major GCC project exposure, FEED to EPC experience, and familiarity with common engineering software. Job Purpose
The Junior Engineer supports the engineering team in the planning, design, execution, review, and coordination of engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and discipline leads, the role ensures engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and applicable HSE regulations while contributing to the successful execution of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
