Red Bull is seeking a Junior Intellectual Property Specialist Lawyer to join its global Intellectual Property Legal Team, based in Dubai. In this role, you will handle a wide range of IP matters, including brand enforcement, trademark management, licensing, counterfeit issues, and IP-related agreements. Reporting to the Regional IP Legal Counsel, you will support the team’s activities across the APMEA region and collaborate with legal and business teams globally.

Job Description

Trademark Enforcement

Review watch notices, draft opposition/cancellation writs, affidavits, and cease-and-desist letters. Investigate and address trademark infringements.

IP Agreements

Draft and review trademark licenses, collaboration agreements, sponsorship/event contracts, settlement agreements, and other IP-related documents.

Counterfeit Management & Customs

Implement and renew Customs recordals, handle seizures, coordinate training, and manage infringement cases (online and offline). Collaborate with external counsel, Customs authorities, and internal teams.

Administrative Support

Manage legal databases, update case records, prepare internal/external reports, and monitor deadlines. Handle legal invoices and assist with budget control.

 

Qualifications

Law degree from a recognized university, ideally post-graduate level specialising in Intellectual Property.

3–5 years of IP legal experience as a junior lawyer or senior paralegal.

Proven expertise in managing trademark enforcement and IP-related agreements.

Strong legal research, drafting, and investigative skills.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in legal databases, PPT, Excel, and AI tools.

Experience managing external counsel and legal budgets.
