(Junior) Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/x)

Scalable GmbH is hiring a Junior Marketing Data Analyst to own the marketing reporting ecosystem, optimize spend and performance, audit activity, and translate insights to actionable recommendations for marketing. You will monitor KPIs, collaborate with marketers, and help improve client acquisition and retention through data. Requirements include experience in high growth settings with dynamic budgets, strong SQL, analytical problem solving, data visualization skills (Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker), and fluent English; finance or regulated markets experience is a plus. Job Description

• You manage and maintain the reporting ecosystem for marketing channels and their spend.
• You take ownership of the optimisation of the marketing cost, -budget and -performance reporting processes
• You control and audit the marketing spend to find insights, inefficiencies and opportunities.
• You monitor relevant business numbers to identify opportunities and proactively share recommendations with our marketing- and other business teams
• You collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate non-technical requests into actionable analysis that help optimising the marketing efficiency further
• You critically review relevant KPIs to optimise our client acquisition and -retention

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-growth environments with dynamic marketing budgets
• Strong SQL skills
• Analytical problem solving
• The ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for business teams
• Experience in data visualisation (e.g. via tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and processes.
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus
