What will you do:
To have a basic knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and always thriving to extend skills and learn more.
To be able to properly open and serve the wine as per standards to the guest, ensuring the highest level of wine service and satisfaction throughout the experience.
To have a good knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages).
To have a full knowledge of the wine by the glass list.
To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
What you need:
1-2 year in the hospitality industry (F&B department)
English – excellent oral and written
Attention to details, speed and accuracy
Guest service skills
